Warranty Policy

We offer a 12-month warranty on all new products purchased from us. For refurbished or second-hand items, the warranty duration varies depending on the specific product—please confirm with us before purchasing.

What Our Warranty Covers

  • Defective internal components – If a product fails due to an internal defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
  • Quality assurance – All parts are tested and verified before shipment.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, natural disasters, power surges, improper usage, insufficient maintenance.
  • Software licenses or manufacturer warranties
  • Items returned without proof of purchase.

Return Policy

We accept two types of returns: warranty returns and non-warranty returns.

Warranty Returns (Defective Products within Warranty Period)

  • If an item is found to be defective within the warranty period, the purchaser may return it for inspection and testing.
  • If the defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or issue a refund.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase and ensure the product meets return eligibility.

Non-Warranty Returns

  • Non-warranty returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with an RMA number.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders from Landmore Automation Stock

  • Before Shipping: Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
  • After Shipping: If the order has already shipped, a 20% restocking fee will apply after we inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders Sourced from Our Channels

  • For items procured from external suppliers, once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • This is due to our commitment to suppliers and the complexity of the sourcing process.

Return & Refund Process

Orders from Landmore Automation Stock

  • Contact Us – Request a return or cancellation with your order details.
  • Inspection (If Shipped) – Once returned, we will inspect the product to ensure it is in its original condition.
  • Refund Issued – After inspection, the refund will be processed (minus applicable fees, if any).
